Использование только одной версии не пригодно для многих бивисов на Aptio.

MMTool
Заложена поддержка 2-ух различных версий MMTool на перспективу. На данный момент используется одна версия, рекомендуется 5.0.0.7. Переименовать как "mmtool_a4.exe"

Актуальное
1) В послденее время опять участились жалобы на наличии вируса в пакете UBU, якобы МСЕ,ехе содержит вирус. Поэтому принято решение, что вместо ехе файла теперь будет py исхотдный Пайтона. Чтобы была корректная работа с микодами вам необходимо установить пакет Ptyhon версии 3.7 или выше. А также две библиотеки:
- colorama
- PLTable
Как это сделать уаказано на ГитХабе в репе МСЕ.
Вы можете юзать м ехе файл, но скачивать его будете самостоятельно.
Если установите Пайтон то у вас появится возможность юзать другие приложения на Пайтон, которых очень много.

Подскажите, раньше был "UEFI BIOS Updater" уже готовый. Сейчас только обнова, а где взять батник и остальные файлы?

Приветствую! Давненько не был у вас в гостях. :-)

Ребят, у меня вопрос совсем уж из разряда оффтоп, но всё-таки очень хочу спросить здесь, поскольку тут действительно знающие люди и профессионалы, нежели чем на обычных маркетинговых форумах, где от слова UEFI можно услышать в ответ не более, чем: «а это вообще что такое?»

Посоветуйте пожалуйста какие-нибудь линейки планшетных ПК с UEFI бивисом. Хочется уже обзавестись нормальным планшетом, где я сам буду решать, какие операционные системы устанавливать, и каким образом размечать внутреннюю flash-память. В частности, полноценно (пакетно) обновлять ось включая основу - ядро операционной системы.
И ещё, я так понимаю, что такие планшеты идут как правило с предустановленной системой Windows?

Доброго времени суток, уважаемые. Есть небольшая, но очень противная проблема. Хотелось бы, хотя бы, понять в чем дело. Стоит Windows 10 RS1 на SSD 950 Pro на Z87 Xpower посредством PCIe адаптера, NVMe модуль в последний биос был удачно добавлен, винда загружается, всё как положено. До этого винда стояла на SSD 840 PRO, картина такая же. Гибернация отключена, файлы подкачки, если что, тоже. Выключение провожу через Пуск - Выключить. В биосе включена опция MSI FAST BOOT, то есть, даже USB инициализацию не проходят и т.д. для пущей скорости включения. Винда, после нажатия кнопки Power на корпусе, включается, до появления значка загрузки винды(вращающийся кружочек по кругу) как положено, очень быстро. Теперь сама проблема: этот кружочек может вращаться либо 5-7 секунд, а может вращаться и все 20 секунд. Включение за 5-7 секунд происходит очень редко, хотя такого быть не должно, ибо SSD вроде как и всё такое. Стандартное включение FAST BOOT в биосе проблему не решает. Такое чувство, что на каком-то этапе происходит лишняя проверка/загрузка чего-либо. Раздражает, если вы понимаете о чем я)) Может знаете куда копать, может стоит заменить какие-то EFI модули на более свежие и т.д. Спасибо.

У меня похожая картина была после обновления Creators Update, даже после чистой установки 10, проблема не решилась, пока майки не выпустили пару обнов.До этого я тоже грешил и на биос и на ssd.

Здравствуйте. Ноутбук Asus n550jv не определяет 16 gb планки. Возможно ли добавить поддержку планок такого объема в ami bios? Я разблокировал биос и его скрытые настройки. Прилагаю скриншот настроек Memory management. Возможно ли настроить в биосе или необходим какой то другой редактор?

Дело не BIOS, а в процессоре. i7-4700HQ не поддерживает планки на 16 Гб. Максимум 8 Гб на одну планку, но поддерживает 4 планки. Если, конечно, на материнке есть для этого слоты.

подскажите, вот биос ами, к нему флешер афудос или афуефи, в инструкции сказано что для обновления биоса используются ключи /p /b /n , но в инструкциях по обновлению биоса к различным матплатам и ноутбукам, и в руководствах по прошивке модифицированных биосов используется еще ключ K - /p /b /n /k , как все таки правильно обновлять биос что бы прошить все блоки и не осталось хвостов от старого биоса, ключ К (прошивка non-critical block) обязательно необходим, что этот блок содержит?


есть еще сервисная утилита от ами для ами аптио 5 - AMI BIOS Guard Firmware Update Tool (BGT) , написано в инструкции что она прошивает все блоки биоса, никто не знает что конкретно? сейчас нет под рукой платы с аптио 5

я про UEFI пишу, а не про старый биос, команда GAN уже не работает давно, была еще команда SANTA, но и она не работает уже давно
