Всё просто. Нужно скачать бенч x264 HD Benchmark v2.0отсюда (~32 Мб), кроме того, понадобится AviSynth 2.5.7, в случае, если он уже не проинсталлирован в вашей системе.
Затем распаковываем скачанный файл и запускаем скрипт "x264_benchmark-720p.vbs", введя любой произвольный символ (который затем будет добавлен к названию файла с результатами). Ну а потом, спустя минут 10~15, получаем лог с результатами тестирования и подробным описанием конфигурации, который выкладываем здесь в виде цитаты (так более удобно, на мой взгляд).
