Народ, помогите пожалуйста!
Где-то год назад решил для большей надежности и производительности собрать себе RAID 0+1.
Материнская плата: ASUS A8N-SLI Premium (чипсет nForce 4 SLI)
Диски: 4x Samsung 250HJ
ОС: WinXP Professional SP3
ФС: NTFS

Один раз комп ушел в ребут и испортились некоторые файлы на диске C (причем эти файлы явно не могли записываться в процессе выключения).
Сейчас периодически при старте запускает CheckDisk и выдает ошибки.
В основном проблемы с индексами и атрибутами.
Нашел про проблему с CheckDisk при большом количестве файлов, но ее вроде в SP3 пофиксили.

Проверка SMART ничего не показывает.
Prime95 работает всю ночь без ошибок.

В чем может быть проблема? Сбоит контроллер (на материнской плате пассивное охлаждение, может он перегревается?)? Как бы это все проверить?

Кстати, делает ли RAID проверку при старте сравнением дублирующихся данных? Если нет, то как можно это настроить?
