perfected to be 100% risk free.
I expect your urgent response and if in the affirmative, I shall advice you on
what we need to do.

это называется нигерийский спам, обычно шлют насоеднкии правителей африки

если интересно, то похоже с тебя попросят денег на открытие счёта, на который покладут якобы денежки...
но счёта не откроют, а денег не будет....
