1. to keep System Restore, don't remove Internet Explorer and Help.
2. Virtual printers won't install after removing Printer drivers
3. If you receive some SIF line error...then redo the process from a beginning and be carefull not to choose the path twice !
4. In Windows 2000, if IE is removed you can't view chm Help files
5. nLite doesn't work with Framework 2.0 beta1...it's nLite's fault

1. if you install sata/raid drivers from a floppy, delete i386\winnt.sif file before making iso and don't apply unattended tweaks next time.
2. winnt.sif msdosinitiated entry must be msdosinitiated="0"
So if you manually install Windows (with winnt32) then check it in winnt.sif before burning or testing.
3. there will be no support for automatic uxtheme patching so soon
4. you will get few updates on windowsupdate as not installed if you remove some stuff...for example Automatic Updates, System Restore, MS Agent

6. If you want to reenable SFC after installing windowst then overwrite sfc_os.dll in system32 directory with one from original, unhacked, slipstreamed version and remove following registry entries

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"SFCDisable"

7. If some of your services doesn't start up by default, don't remove OOBE
(generally always test nlite selecting ONLY green components then later you can experiment)
8. If you can't run nLite even with Framework installed, just uninstall and reinstall Framework.
9. If it boots ok, but then it's always asking you to put Windows Disk into drive A:.... you didn't copied winnt51 files (indent) from a cd root (they are not removed by nlite)
10. Delete old version of nLite prior to installing new one, that helped for some people.
11. If IE is removed you will not have access to Windows update

Important to point out is that Uxtheme, Sfc and Syssetup patches are done by 7imo.
Now you don't need to overwrite uxtheme.dll anymore, just apply the patch.

In case you didn't get it Syssetup.inf is finally hacked...soon we will have much cleaner installation. So far it works only for xp sp1 and sp2 and inf is not totally cleaned, i'll clean it tomorrow.

Unattended page is not remembering settings...maybe tomorrow it will.
SfcDisable must be capitalized 0xFFFFFF9D...keep that in mind if you tamper with it.
I believe that sfc hack is not working for w2k but it does speed up install and reduces final size drastically.
Still some icon leftovers and Win2k task manager in control panel.
Autochecking of enough free space at last.
Still no chm help in W2k if IE is removed but it's ok in XP and 2k3 if IE core is kept.
